Q: May I visit with my Realtor?
A: Of course! Country Classics welcomes realtors, although it is not necessary for you to have one to purchase. In order for us to compensate your realtor we require that they accompany and register you, on your first visit to our community. After your first visit you may continue to visit with or without your Real Estate Agent.

Q: May I communicate with the Builder during construction?
A: If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding the construction of your home you will be able to contact the construction staff directly in writing. Q: What's the difference between being pre-qualified and pre-approved for a mortgage?
A: Pre-qualification: An informal determination by a lender or mortgage broker stating how much mortgage you can afford. You potentially could get a loan for the amount stated to you, provided all information given was accurate and true.

Pre-approval: A guarantee in writing by a lender to grant you a loan up to a specified amount. You have undergone the extensive financial background check which includes looking at your credit history, previous tax returns and verifying your employment, and the lender is willing to give you a loan. The letter is valid for approximately 60 days thereafter in most cases.
